Payment methods and shipping costs
1. Payment options
1.1. You can choose from the following payment options for deliveries within Germany, unless otherwise stated in the respective item description:
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- PayPal Express
- Cash on collection
2. Delivery
2.1. Your order will be shipped via DHL
2.2. We ship only within Germany.
An individual agreement on shipping abroad can be made via the email address info@aroma-elite.de.
Please tell us the article, the quantity and the delivery address, as well as the country and the corresponding postal code, so that we can check whether the delivery can be carried out. If this is the case, we will inform you in advance of the shipping costs incurred.
3. Shipping costs
3.1. For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of EUR 3.90 shipping costs per order.
3.2. If pickup is agreed, the customer will be informed by the seller that the goods he has ordered are ready for pickup. After receiving this e-mail, the customer can collect the goods at the seller's registered office or at an agreed place, after consultation with the seller. In this case, there are no shipping costs.
We ship free of charge from a gross order value of 50 EUR.
