How can I order from Aroma Elite?

We are a completely normal shop. Add the products to your shopping cart, then accept the terms and conditions and proceed to checkout.

Can I also order by phone?

Yes, that is of course possible. But for faster processing it would be an advantage to order online.

Is there a minimum or maximum order value?

No, there is no minimum or maximum order value. However, it may be that only a certain amount of a product can be ordered.

Do I get a discount if I buy larger quantities?

If you plan to buy from us in larger quantities. Would you like to contact us in writing or by telephone.

How can I cancel my order?

If you have made a mistake or wish to cancel the order entirely, you are welcome to do so by phone or email. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, this is possible without any problems.

Can I change my order later or add more items?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, this is possible.

What happens after I complete my order?

After you have placed an order with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, your package will then be packed and you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

How do I get an invoice?

You will receive the invoice in PDF form with the shipping confirmation.

How can I pay?

We offer various payment options. Currently it is PayPal Visa, Mastercard and prepayment.

To which account do I transfer the invoice amount?

If you have selected the payment method in advance, you will be sent our bank details by email. Please also note the intended use so that we can assign it more quickly in our system.

I accidentally transferred the amount twice!

That's no problem, contact us by phone or in writing and the amount will be transferred back immediately.

How can I redeem a voucher?

After you go to the checkout you will find the discount code menu item under your products. There you paste your code

Can I offset a voucher later?

Unfortunately, this is not possible for technical reasons.

What are the shipping costs?

You pay €3.90 for delivery within Germany.

How long is the delivery time?

We always try to process your order as quickly as possible. Shipping within Germany usually takes 1 to 3 working days. As soon as your package has been sent, you will receive an email immediately.

Which countries do we ship to?

At the moment our packages only ship within Germany. If you need international delivery please contact us.

Is shipping to a Packstation possible?

Within Germany it is possible to deliver to a DHL Packstation without any problems.

How can I delete my customer account?

Please send us a short email that you want an account deletion. We will then delete all your personal data and customer account.
